Reconnecting with Your Inner Nature

We Must Go Outside to Discover What is Within

Your body has forgotten a relationship it once had with nature, a connection that brought peace and understanding to our daily lives. By bringing attention to our senses in nature, we access our inner being, allowing us to see the world and ourselves with more wisdom and heart.

Forest Therapy is intended to deepen your relationship with the natural world.

The outcome of each experience in nature is determined by your unique interaction with what you find around you and connect with. It often cultivates a deeper, reciprocal relationship in which the forest and participant support a universal wholeness and reciprocity for one another’s well-being.

“Taking a forest walk is essentially a long meditation with yourself and nature. It’s a great way to get yourself in tune with the world around you and reconnect with yourself as a part of nature and an interconnected world rather than just the human one.”
